1、Overview
The China International Science and Technology Convention Center (CISTCC) was opened in September of 2001. The unique charming style of CISTCC makes it an architectural landmark. It is the first multi-functional and comprehensive business complex in Northern Beijing that integrates office buildings, serviced business apartments, exhibition halls, conference rooms and advanced facilities, restaurants of various cuisines, a revolving café, bars, a fitness center and other recreational facilities.

CISTCC is located to the northeast corner of the Madian Intersection of the Beisanhuan Road and Jingchang Highway, with Zhongzhou Road to the east. It is conveniently accessible via Beijing's major expressways including Beierhuan Road, Beisanhuan Road and Beisihuan Road.

2、Office Buildings
CISTCC is comprised of 3 parts: Tower A, B and C. Towers A and B are 5A rated office buildings with an area of 62,000 m2. Inside the office buildings, the flexible floor plans are broken up into areas ranging from 80 to 4,000 m2, meeting the requirements of different customers. The outstanding working environment, state-of-the-art facilities, comprehensive support services, and very reasonable performance-price ratio of the office buildings have attracted many renowned international and domestic companies and institutions.

3、The INNOSTAR Hotel
The luxurious INNOSTAR Hotel, with a total area of nearly 20,000 m2, is located on floors 5 through 21 of Tower C, and is composed of 166 two-bedroom apartments of different layouts and decorations.

INNOSTAR Hotel provides comfortable and tasteful interior environment, a full range of home furnishing and appliances, and various kitchen equipment. With the satellite TV system, guests are able to receive many popular TV programs from HBO, ESPN, CNN and Discovery, and easily access international popular programs. The hotel also offers supporting services including a pub, business center, laundry, airline ticket booking, tourist vehicle reservation, etc.

4、The Exhibition Hall
On the first and second floors of Tower B of CISTCC is the Exhibition Hall of 8,200 m2. The wireless LAN deployed in the Exhibition Hall allows exhibitors and visitors access to the Internet anywhere inside and outside of the Exhibition Hall.

The Exhibition Hall targets various international and domestic shows and conferences of hi-tech products, information, culture and arts, giving prominence to the theme of science, technology and culture.

5、The Conference Hall
The Conference Hall of CISTCC is located on the 3rd, 4th and 15th floors of Tower B. It is composed of conference rooms, multi-functional halls and meeting rooms with areas ranging from 10 to 400 m2 and capacities ranging from 5 to 400 people.

6、Service and Recreational Facilities
Within the CISTCC is a revolving café, Cantonese restaurant, pub, fitness center, bars and many other entertainment facilities. The revolving café is found on the 23rd floor of Tower C. This café is the only one of its kind in northern Beijing, and has a floor area of over 800 m2. The Cantonese Restaurant, located on the 14th floor of Tower B, offers shark fin and abalone dishes extraordinary in both presentation and taste, as well as all kinds of delicious Cantonese food. The elegant dining environment draws throngs of diners. The Employee Cafeteria is situated of floor B1 of the CISTCC, conveniently offering three meals a day to all of the staff within the office buildings. There are different dining and price levels for the needs of different customers. In the southeast corner of the CISTCC, the romantic and fashionable Cellar Pub offers a comfortable and convenient leisure area.
